Whole Life Carbon (WLC) & Climate Resilience Report for Greece
SBC Greece has developed a report titled “Whole Life Carbon (WLC) & Climate Resilience”. The report was prepared as part of the World Green Building Council’s (WorldGBC) Zero Carbon and Climate Resilience Readiness Framework (ZCCRRF), a diagnostic methodology designed to assess the readiness of national construction markets to advance towards decarbonisation and climate resilience in buildings. The report presents the consolidated findings from Greece’s Stage 3 ZCCRRF validation workshops, conducted by SBC Greece (October–December 2025) as part of the WorldGBC BuildingLife II Capacity Building Programme. The workshops validated the ZCCRRF survey results (May 2025) and defined enabling actions across all five pillars for Greece’s national Whole Life Carbon (WLC) roadmap.
